Tonneau Cover for 2000 Chevy Silverado with Toolbox and Ladder Racks

Is there a tonneau cover that would fit a 2000 Chevy 8 foot truckbed with a 20 in. wide toolbox and a rack?

For your 2000 Silverado with an 8 foot bed, you would need the Access Toolbox Edition, part # 834532000807.
According to Access Cover, the cover is compatible with most 20 or 21 inch wide toolboxes. The cover mounts to the inside edge of the bed side rails, as shown in the diagram I have edited for you. The way your ladder rack attaches to the truck bed will dictate if the tonneau cover will fit. If the ladder racks only use the stake pockets or the top of the bed rail to attach, then the Access tonneau will work great for you.
