Best Bike Rack for Carrying E-Bike with Basket and Rear Wheel Rack

Question:

I have an ebike that has a basket on the front and a battery over the back tire. The battery is surrounded by a large frame that looks and can act as/like a rear bike rack. Will the arms on the Saris be able to rise up high enough to secure the bike in place?

Due to how the Saris bike rack part # SA4031 attaches to the rear wheel of the bike it would not be ideal for carrying your bike due to the rear battery/rack setup. Instead a bike rack like the Thule EasyFold XT part # TH903202 would be your best option as it grabs the bike by the frame and wouldn't interfere with the basket or the rear rack at all. This also comes with a ramp to make loading and unloading bikes as easy as possible as well.
