Will Firestone Ride-Rite System Install With Reese Custom Brackets on a 2012 Ford F-350 Super Duty
Question:
I have 2012 Ford F350 Super Duty with a installed Reese 50073-58 5th wheel Mount system. Question will the Firestone Ride Rite system easily bolt on. My concern is the large frame brackets for the Reese Hitch that are located where the Ride Rite system attaches. Thanks

We do have a rear suspension enhancement system that is confirmed to work with your Reese 50073-58 custom brackets and rails on your 2012 Ford F-350 Super Duty, however, I cannot guarantee that the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs, # F2550, will fit because the Reese custom brackets cover the hole in the frame rail that the upper bracket from the air bag uses to install as you mentioned.
The Ride-Rite air bags are compatible with the Reese universal brackets and the Elite Series Under-Bed Rail and Install Kit because those kits do not cover the hole in the frame rail. Instead, you may want to look at the Timbren Springs, # TFR350SDF. These aeon hollow rubber springs will replace the factory jounce bumper on the bottom of the frame rail. I have attached a copy of the installation instructions for you to check out.
