On a 2011 Dodge Ram short or long bed you will want to use # RP30074 since you have a crew cab model. The RP30067 is no longer available. I have included a link to the installation instructions for RP30074 and a link to a video showing a typical installation.

With this installation kit, you can use a Reese M5 Series hitch, # RP30921 for a 20K fixed or # RP30144 for an 18K slider (use the slider for the short bed). Or, you can use an adapter, # RP30156, and use a fixed or slider 5th wheel hitch that would normally fit in Reese above the bed rails.
