Can the Edge Evolution Programmer be Used on a 2005 Chevy Kodiak with a 6.6 Liter Diesel Engine

Question:

I would like to get the 85200 Edge programmer. I need installation instructions for the probe as I assume i need it for EGT? If I get teh EP83830, the one that just monitors it instead of programming, will I need the probe? Is there anything that it wont monitor on my 2005 Kodiak 4x4 with 6.6L Diesel? Do you have torque and HP specs and curves on this? Are there different levels of programming? Also, can you view the backup camera while driving if you go to the camera inputwith purchase of camera kit? Thanks!

I spoke with my contact at Edge and he said that you can use the Evolution CTS2 # EP85400 on your 2005 Chevy Kodiak with the 6.6L diesel. Edge has the following information for the gains when using this programmer on the 6.6:

Level 0: Stock
Level 1: 30 Horsepower - 60 Foot Pounds of Torque
Level 2: 50 Horsepower - 90 Foot Pounds of Torque
Level 3: 70 Horsepower - 150 Foot Pounds of Torque
Level 4: 100 Horsepower - 210 Foot Pounds of Torque

You can add the optional backup camera, # EP98201, on an automatic transmission. It will only be viewable when the vehicle is in reverse. I have included a link to the isntallation details for the Evolution for you to view.

The Insight, # EP83830, is just a monitor and does not allow you to tune the engine, only view various performance parameters.
