Hollywood Sport Rider SE 2 Bike Platform Rack with a SONDORS XS Ebike
Question:
Considering this rack. Want to carry a SONDORS Model XS ebike, and I’m concerned about the ratcheting hooks fitting over the plastic battery cover on this bike avoiding damage. Appreciate your feedback.

I called Hollywood Racks on your behalf to find the dimensions of the ratcheting hooks on the Sport Rider SE, part # HLY84FR. The bottom of one side to the other (i.e. the widest area of the hook) is 4-1/2". You can measure the battery case of the SONDORS XS to see if this is a good fit.
This rack's hooks will not be able to latch all the way down due to the placement of the battery container. However, judging by the pictures of the XS, it looks like the hooks of the Sport Rider will be able to fit over enough to keep it secure.
Be sure to measure the width of the container to make sure.
