Our fitguide can be a bit confusing in situations like this, but I can clear this up; both the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top # HRF2-3 and the Saris Bones EX # SA803 will fit on the 2017 Honda CR-V Touring models. You will need to take care to make sure that you don't get caught in a rain storm though since the Touring models both have rear windshield wipers that are engaged when they sense moisture, but you can use either one on this vehicle.

I do recommend going with the Hollywood Racks Over-the-Top # HRF2-3 because it's a bit easier to install and it keeps your bikes a bit further apart, so the chances of them banging up against each other and getting damaged is lessened. Since this rack doesn't come with any locks, you may want to add the etrailer 10' Long Cable Lock # e98891 to keep your bikes secured. Additionally, if you'll be carrying any bikes with step-through frames, you'll need bike frame adapter bars like the Swagman # 64005 in order to carry the bikes level.
