The universal 5th wheel installation kit # RP30035 will fit your 1999 Ford F-350. I have incldued a link to the installation instructions for you to view. Instructions specific to your truck start on page 11.
We do not have a video on a 1999 but we do have one on a 2002 F-250 that will be very similar to your truck. I have included a link to the video as well.
