Helpful Expert Reply:

Since you need right at 12.5 inches of rise based on the dimensions you listed the shank you need with your Husky weight distribution system to tow the trailer level is the part # EQ94FR which is capable of 13 inches of rise, fits the 2.5 inch hitch size, and is rated for up to 16k trailer weight. The shank is perfectly compatible with Husky weight distribution systems as well.
