The Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter for Electric Brake Controllers - Dodge # 3021-P is the correct fit for a Tekonsha or Draw-Tite brake controller. The TrailerMate Custom Wiring Adapter for Trailer Brake Controllers - Pigtail # TM75273 is a great option if you have a different controller.
The harness will be located underneath the dash and left of the steering column, taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal. There will be a 4-pin connector that mates with the one on the adapter.
If you don't have the factory tow package, you still could have had a 7-way added. This would mean the connector for the brake controller would not be there. In that instance you will use the # 5506 to connect your controller to your 7-way.
