Solution for Integrated Brake Controller that Doesn't Work with Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator

Question:

I have a Titan Electric over Hydraulic brake system on my triple axle trailer. I had issues when I was pulling it with my GMC HD pickup so I added the Chevy/Ford adapter. Now when I pull it with my motorhome it locks up the trailer brakes. I have two questions. I have seen two different was to wire in the Chevy/Ford adapter and want to make sure I have it correct. I the blue and white tied into the existing wires to the Titan pump. I did not cut either, I just tapped them in. I have also seen it should be spliced between the blue wire. Which is correct? Also, would you suggest I disable this adapter when towing it behind the motorhome to prevent the brakes from locking and overheating? Is there a suggested way to do that? Thanks...

What we have found is that even when you use the integrated brake controller adapters you still get sometimes unpredictable performance. What I would recommend you do is go with a brake controller we know works well with electric over hydraulic actuators like the Prodigy P3 part # 90195. The wiring of the # T4845900 would have already had the wiring properly ran since it plugs inline.
