Where do the Upper Brackets of the Air Lift Load Lifter 5000 on 2001 Ford F-53 Chassis

Question:

I had F2170 airbrags on my motorhome and decided to replace them with the AL57410 Kit. The pre-drilled hoiles the instructions call out are not there so Im not sure where I should drill the holes to mount this kit. It might help if I could get a diagram with what the mounting dimensions should be. Ive added photos. The one photo shows with the old aribag installed, and the second shows with them removed. Thanks.

I spoke with my contact at Air Lift and verified that they Air Lift Load Lifter 5000 Air Springs, # AL57410, will use the same mounting holes as your Firestone air bags. The air bag will mount forward of the rear axle like your Firestone air bags and uses a similar lower bracket that sits on the leaf spring forward of the axle.

Based on the installation instructions, the upper mounting holes for the upper bracket must be drilled using the bracket as a template. Since you already have the upper holes drilled from the Firestone brackets, you may not have to drill new holes. If you try installing the Air Lift upper bracket and the upper mounting holes do not line up, then you may need to drill new upper mounting holes.

I have attached a photo showing the mounting holes that you will want to use on your truck.
