What Crossbar Dimensions Does Rhino Rack Cargo Basket RMCB Fit

Question:

I have a 2019 Toyota Highlander LE Plus and Im curious if this Rhino Rack will fit the OEM Crossbars? I saw in the QandA where you guys said that it will fit with the factory crossbars on the Highlander as long as they are no wider than 3-1/2 inches or more than 1-1/2 inches in height. Are you referring to the height or thickness of the crossbar or the height of the crossbar from the roof top? If its the height of the crossbar from the roof top then its more than 1-1/2 so it means it wouldnt fit.

The crossbar dimensions you mentioned that the Rhino Rack Cargo Basket # RMCB will fit is 3-1/2 inches wide and 1-1/2 inches tall. So left to right the bars need to be less than 3-1/2 inches and up and down less than 1-1/2 inches.
