Though I was unable to find a hub with those bearings that may lead me to the capacity you need, I can tell you how to determine the correct self-adjusting electric brakes for your trailer, and the bearings won't play a part in this as they are for determining a replacement hub.

Instead, to determine the brake assemblies that will fit your trailer, you need to know your axle's weight capacity, your mounting flange bolt pattern and the inside diameter and depth of your drum.

For example, the Electric Trailer Brake Kit - Self-Adjusting # AKEBRK-7-SA are for 5,200 lbs to 7,000 lbs axles, measure 12" diameter x 2" wide (so that is the drum size they fit in) and fit a 5-bolt mounting flange; they will work with 14.5" to 16.5" wheels.

I have added a link to our entire selection of self-adjusting electric brakes for you to come back to once you know this information, or you can let me know your axle capacity, flange, and drum size and I will be happy to try find the right parts for you.
