Extended and Retracted Length of 2k BullDog Swivel Trailer Jack and Does the Inner Tube Spin
Question:
You have given the overall open length, I need to know the measurement from the center of the mounting point to the bottom of the inner tube retracted and extended. The wheel recommended BDCP555 does not have a swiveling wheel, so I need to know if the inner tube of the jack will swivel when this wheel is used. If not, can I use wheel 5702 or one similar?

I went out to the warehouse and pulled the Bulldog Swivel Trailer Jack # BD1541150301. When fully retracted it measure 7-3/4 inches from the bottom of the inner tube to the center of the mounting bracket. When fully retracted it measures approximately 18 inches.
The inner tube does spin so you can use wheel # BD500245. If you are turning the handle and the wheel is spinning the jack will not go up or down so you will have to prevent the wheel from spinning in those scenarios.
