We do have a trailer hitch receiver that will fit your 2001 Ford F-53; there are no custom-fit applications for this vehicle, so you will need a universal application.

With your 34" frame, the perfect option for this is the Multi-Fit Motorhome Trailer Hitch # 5350.

This hitch does not have a drop as the receiver is even with the crosstube, so if you do need something with a bit of a drop the other option that will work is the Curt Adjustable Trailer Hitch Receiver - 2" Drop # C13701.
