Roof Cargo Carrier Bike Rack Combination on Mini Cooper S F56?

Hi there I have a Mini Cooper F56 with a Thule WingBar Edge Crossbar mounted on the roof. I am looking for a Cargo Basket. Will this Basket fit this mounting as well as on the small roof? Or is there any other alternative such as the xTray small with an additional bike mounting option? Thanks

Rhino-Rack XTray Pro Cargo Basket and 2 Bike Carrier # RRRMCB03 comes with universal mounting hardware and includes the needed tools for installation on your Thule WingBar Crossbars.

To insure a proper fit you will want to confirm the crossbar spread on your Mini Cooper. The minimum crossbar spread for this rack is 25-1/2" which is measured from the center of your front bar to the center of your rear bar. Another dimension to double check would be the back hatch to insure it does not interfere with the rack when the hatch is opened. This rack is 58-1/4" long so I recommend opening your hatch and measure from there to the front of your roof. As long as you are more than 58-1/4" you are all set.

We also have the Kuat Vagabond X Roof Cargo Basket and 2 Bike Carrier # VX201 which mounts the same as the Rhino-Rack XTray but is 6" shorter and has a minimum crossbar spread of 15". This could be a better fit for your Mini Cooper's small roof.
