Installation of Bestop Trektop Soft Top # B5685335 on 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited
Question:
I read nothing else is needed for top install-on a 2008 with a hard top. What about a header. Does this need one. also how does it attach to the cargo area.

The Bestop Trektop Soft Top, part # B5685335, will fit your 2008 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and comes with all of the hardware that is needed for installation. The header is included with the soft top.
The top attaches directly to the Wrangler Unlimited factory hardware with no need of a bow support system. The rear window will attach to the included tailgate retainer that clips onto the rear tailgate. The quarter windows on the side will use plastic retainer strips that slip along the bottom of the quarter windows into the channel on the vehicle.
I am including a link to the installation instructions that will show you how the top is installed on your vehicle.
