Thule No. 881 Top Deck Kayak Saddle Carrier/Malone Versa Rail

Question:

Are these compatible with the Malone Versa Rail ? All the pictures Ive seen are fastened to Aero Bar style cross bars. I have the Malone Versa rail which are square and used on the bare roof of my 2016 CRV. Also my kayak is a fishing kayak @ 34inch wide.

Yes, the Thule #TH881 Top Deck Kayak Carrier system absolutely works with the Malone Versarails. The Top Deck system works with many different crossrail shapes including square rails, round rails, and flatter aerodynamic rails. I have attached a picture so you can see how very large the opening is for the mounts.
