The easiest way to install the Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller Item # RED24FR in your 2019 Chevy Silverado 3500 is with the install harness part # 331-TPH-010 which plugs directly into the controller and into the port under the dash of your truck without any splicing required.
As long as this harness reaches the Redarc Brake Controller, the controller itself can be mounted anywhere under the driver's side dash. The kit includes a 3 ft remote head cable to connect the remote head assembly to the brake controller which can also be mounted anywhere on the dash (including center counsel) as long as the 3 ft cable reaches. There is usually a nice spot on the left side of the steering wheel and just below your factory brake controller to install it.
We have a nice universal mounting panel # 331-TPSI-001 for this remote head if you do not already have somewhere to mount the unit.
All parts come with their own manual and include specific steps for installation, but I included some videos for your reference as well.
