I have a solution for you, but the TorkLift # TLC3220 are only a fit on the short bed Silverado 1500 trucks. For your 2016 Chevy Silverado 3500 with an 8 ft long bed (no step under the truck bed and factory hitch) you'll want to use the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Rear # TLC3217 for the rear tie downs. If you also need the front tie downs, you can use part # TLC2219.

If you've got the running boards or steps that extend underneath the truck bed, or have an aftermarket hitch, just let me know and I can help you locate the tie downs for that particular setup.
