I have a solution for you, but we don't have any landing gear that attach to weld-stops that are 18-1/2" apart. You can use the Reese # RP500708 you were looking at, which have 17-1/2" from the tops of the weld stops. You can have the weld stops on your 1997 Dutchman Royal 5th Wheel moved by a certified professional welder without any issues and you would be able to attach this set without issue.
