Yes, this brake controller will work for your Nissan Titan XD. The Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Brake Controller # RED24FR comes with everything except the wiring harness.
For that you want the Wiring Harness for Redarc Tow-Pro Liberty Trailer Brake Controllers # RED39FR that is plug and play with your Titan XD's factory tow package. In order to find the plug for the brake controller on your 2018 Nissan Titan XD, you first need to apply the parking brake. The connector will be above the parking brake, taped up with black electrical tape.
