Programmer Recommendation for 2010 Ford F150 to Regain Lost Mileage

I want to improve my gas mileage . I have a lifted 2 wd and 37 x13.5x20 inch tires. Currently Im only getting 7.5 mpg I could use some advice on which programmer would be the best one for my truck

You could use the Superchips programmer part # SU1845 on your 2010 Ford F-150 and regain a couple mile per hour but what's killing your miles is the much larger wheels and tires that are harder to turn over and the lift which causes more wind resistance. You should also keep in mind that if you haven't recalibrated your speedometer for the larger tire size the number you are getting wouldn't be accurate.
The # SU1845 will allow you to recalibrate your speedometer.
