All the rain gutters we carry like the Camco RV Rain Gutter Spouts with Built-In Extensions - Slide On - White - Qty 4 # CAM42462 are single sided. They are either left or right. We don't carry anything that has the Y to join side and rear gutters so altering the gutters would be required for that function. You may be able to simply drill some holes or cut a notch at the exact location and use silicone sealant to make it functional for your application. It is likely you may need to cut two and help the two meet in the middle using silicone to seal where they meet.
