Can Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Battery Charger be Used with 7-Way 12 Volt Circuit
Question:
Can i use a dc to dc charger like a redarc BCDC/manager30 or a CTEK 250se using the tow vehicles 7pin 12v auxiliary 12v Power source? Seems like they all call for a heavier gauge wire 6 gauge min as the vehicle battery source for power to these DC to DC chargers.

Yes you can use a # 331-BCDC1225D with the 12 volt accessory circuit of your 7-way for charging your trailer battery. The input current max for this is 25 amps which would be right around what a 7-way accessory circuit could provide.
