The power consumption of a laser printer can vary considerably from unit to unit, but the documentation that came with your printer should list the specific power requirements.
From my research, I found that the typical home-use laser printer will use between 300 and 550 watts when printing. Given that, the Wagen # WC3720 1000 watt power inverter would be the perfect choice, as it's never a bad idea to have a little more capacity than you actually need.
I've linked you to a product demonstration video featuring the # WC3720 inverter.
