Does this replacement Q cover include the lock housing ? If not can 2 of the lock housings be added

The lock housings are not included with the replacement Q-Cam Cover Assembly, # Y8810071. To add lock housing you would need to use # Y8870069. They come in packs of 4. If you also need locks and keys use # Y07204.
