The Draw-Tite Front Hitch # 65062 is designed to fit the Ram 1500 frame and will be compatible with your Outdoorsman EcoDiesel. I included an installation video for your reference. There are also customer photos on the product page so you can see this hitch on some other Ram 1500 models.
