Thule TracRac TracONE Ladder Rack that Fits 2012 Toyota Tacoma with Deck Rail System  

So here is my question. I have a 2012 Toyota Tacoma that has a rail on the SIDES at the top of the bed inside the bed. Does this item have all the things to attach the clamps to that rack? Item # TH34000 Thule TracRac TracONE Ladder Rack for Toyota Tacoma - Toolbox Mount - Fixed Mount - 800 lbs - Silver Item # TH27000XT-500 It looks like you would need a T-bolt kind of thing that would slide in. So along those lines do I need to get this with it? This has the T bolt kind of things on it that would slide down the rail on the the inside of the bed.
