Will Westin Running Boards # 27-6100-1735 Fit 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 with DEF Tank

Do these fit a 2011 reg cab chevrolet 2500 hd diesel with the def tank? If they do does the def tank have to be removed for this install?

I spoke with my source at Westin and he informed me the Westin Sure-Grip Running Boards # 27-6100-1735 will fit your 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Diesel Regular Cab featuring a DEF tank as long as your truck is built in the US rather than a Canadian-built vehicle. There is an additional bracket in the installation kit meant specifically for vehicles with a DEF tank. The installation kit is included with the running boards.
