There is suspension enhancement for your 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan, but the compressor system you asked about is for air bags and there are no air bags for an '07 Dodge Grand Caravan.
For suspension enhancement you will need the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System # TDVR05096.
This kit - which fits both the 2WD and 4WD models - take the brunt any weight at the rear of your van and help stabilize it.
