Could Hollywood Racks Sport Rider Bike Rack HR1400Z be Used with Bike Bunk Adapter

Can i use this rack on a stromberg adapter to mount on a lance travel trailer tongue and if not why

Assuming you had the clearance needed you could use the Hollywood Racks # HR1400Z on a Stromberg Bike Bunk Adapter # CC-275 but due to how much clearance is normally present on travel trailers you'd most likely be limited to using the bike rack in the 2-bike configuration instead. Also the weight of the rack in the 4 bike configuration would be too much with bikes loaded since the rack weighs 91 lbs as a 4 bike rack.
