Thule Roof Mounted Bike Rack That Is Compatible With Disc Brakes

Is the th526xt Thule Circuit XT Roof Bike Rack - Fork Mount - Clamp On - Aluminumfoot compatible with disc brakes?

We have some options that are ideal for bikes with disc breaks, but the Thule Circuit XT TH516XT (no longer available) was not. I like the THule ProRide XT # TH598004 for non-carbon fiber frame bikes because it clamps right onto the frame. I also like the Malone Pilot TC ST # MPG2103 for bikes without fenders. It uses a wheel hook which is my preferred way of hauling my bikes.
