Brake Controllers that Don't Require Running Blue Wire from 7-Way Inside Vehicle

Are there any other brake controllers that do not utilize the blue wire, but still operate the trailer brakes?

Aside from the Curt Echo # C51180 that you referenced that does not require running the blue brake output circuit from the 7-way of your vehicle up to a brake controller mounted in the interior of your vehicle we also have the Autowbrake # 3430001 which installs on the trailer and uses an included remote you'd bring inside the tow vehicle.
