All of the hitches that we have available to fit your Cayenne are 2" hitches (which is the size receiver this rack fits in), so the probability is high, but I do recommend measuring your factory hitch (inside wall to inside wall) just to be sure. As long as your 2016 Porsche Cayenne Turbo has a 2" hitch receiver on it, then the Hollywood Racks Destination 4 # HR4000 will fit. I really like that this rack can hold a variety of bike styles without the need for a frame adapter bar.

Since this rack does not come with locks for the bike, I do recommend adding the Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable Lock for Hollywood Racks Commuter, Traveler, Sport Rider Bike Racks # HRLHPTC which gives you locks for the rack and bikes that have a matching lock set so you can unlock/lock with a single key.
