I attached a copy of the installation instructions for the Tekonsha RF Prodigy Brake Controller # 90250 for you to check out, but here is what you will need to do.
I am going to start from the beginning:
1. Connect the trailer to the tow vehicle.
2. Plug the power module 7-way cable into the tow vehicle.
3. Make sure that the trailer 7-way is not connected to the power module.
4. Start vehicle engine, or just turn the key to the on position if this will send power to the 7-way
5. Plug the Remote Hand Held unit into an auxiliary power source
6. Turn the power knob to minimum position. It should be flashing 0.0. The display may also continue to show N.C.
7. Fully depress and hold both the manual override and boost, the display will go from P.5 to P.A. Once it has reached P.A you can release the manual override and the boost button.
8.Press and hold the brake pedal until the display shows flashing 0.0 for a correct pairing.
9. Set the power knob to anything but the minimum and the 0.0 will change to n.c.
10. Re-connect the trailer 7-way to the power module and it should display .c which means it is connected.
If you are still having problems email me back.
