Firestone makes the highest quality air bag kits so the kit you'd want for your 2013 Ford F-250 is the part # F2597 which is perfectly compatible with in-bed rail kits like you mentioned as well. If you have a short bed diesel truck you'll also want the relocation bracket # F5722 and you'd be set.
For a compressor kit then the heavy duty part # F2097 will work great to make inflating the bags and maintaining them easier. The compressor will inflate faster than standard compressors and the gauge inside the vehicle will allow you to monitor and inflate them from inside the vehicle.
