Yes! Typically you're looking for a weight distribution system where your tongue weight falls towards the lower end of the tongue weight range of your chosen weight distribution hitch. Because the Equal-i-zer # EQ37140ET has a range of 1,000 to 1,400-lbs, your 1030-lbs tongue weight is in that Goldilocks area that you're looking for, so it will be a great choice for your trailer.
This weight distribution system comes with all of the hardware and parts you'll need to get it installed and on the road.
