E-Bike Rack Recommendation for 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to Clear Rear Spare

Does the Thule XTR bike rack clear the rear mounted spare tire on a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited? Is this a good choice for an Ebike?

I have a really great e-bike rack that will easily clear the rear spare of your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited but the T2 you referenced doesn't have much clearance to fit past the spare and also uses a wheel clamp that is not compatible with most e-bikes due to them typically having front fenders.

Instead I would recommend the Hollywood Rack RV Rider part # HLY64FR. It has the weight capacity for e-bikes, has the most clearance to fit past a rear spare, and has a frame clamp design that works really well with the typically unusual frame shapes of e-bikes.
