The Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 5,200-lb Axles - 12" Diameter - 6 on 5-1/2 # 8-201-5UC3 is a fit for the inner and outer bearings but you will need a different grease seal. The seal you need is the Grease Seal - Double Lip - 2.250" ID - 3.376" OD # GS-2250DL which will fit the hubs.
Then for your wheels, I recommend the Karrier ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire with 15" White Wheel - 6 on 5-1/2 - Load Range D # AM32664 for your 4 tires.
