Question:
Can you send me all components needed to flat tow the vehicle above. Trying to help out my wife’s cousin who is new to this. Thanks

You'll need base plates, a tow bar, safety cables, a wiring solution, a supplemental braking system and possibly a high/low adapter.
For base plates, use # 435-3 which fits all but Splash models. For a tow bar, use the Roadmater Falcon 2, part # RM-520. The Falcon 2 is self aligning, which means the Ranger won't need to be perfectly lined up behind the tow vehicle in order to hook up. For safety cables, the # RM-643 work well. To operate the taillights while the vehicles's being flat towed, a system like the Roadmaster # RM-2120 would be an economical choice. For a supplemental braking system, use the Brake Buddy Stealth, part # HM39530.
I'll link you to some help articles that explain all the components needed and how they work. This should bring your relative up to speed.
I've also linked to an article that explains how to determine if you need a high/low adapter plus a link to the adapters we offer.
