Recommended Electric Trailer Jack for 7,000 lb Car Hauler with Separate Ground Wire
Question:
I need a 3.5k minimum A-frame jack for a 7k car hauler. I do NOT want a unit that grounds through the mounting hardware, but instead runs a ground wire to the battery. I want a well reviewed, long lasting unit. What are your recommendations?

Expert Reply:
For your desired ground wire connection, my recommendation for your car hauler is the Ultra-Fab Electric A-Frame Jack w/ 2" Tubing - Drop Leg - 23-1/2" Lift - 4,000 lbs # UF38-944016. This jack will give you the weight capacity you need, a drop leg for faster lift and retraction, and LED lights for easy connection in the early morning and late evening.
