Thule Fairing Clamps that Secure To Cargo Basket

Hi. Ive just inherited a Thule wind fairing from my Dad to mount to my roof basket tubular bars... Is there mounts available? I am including pics of the fairing....

That appears to be a Thule fairing for one of their cargo baskets. We have replacement mounts for it with the part # 853-5818 since it's supposed to have 5 clamps instead of the 3 that you have left.
