Could Fan-Tastic Roof Vent part # FV801250 Fit Same Vent Opening as AC Unit

if I remove a roof top air conditioner , can I install a fan-tastic fan vent in the hole?

Yes the AC roof vent hole size is the same as the standard roof vents like the Fan-Tastic roof vent part # FV801250 would fit so this would work well for you.
