What Sumo spring work with outlaw 26K weight rating? Wanting to do front and back, if can only do one which would help handling the best?

You've got the correct rear Sumo Springs for your 2016 Thor Outlaw 37RB on a Ford F-53 chassis and 26k GVWR with the # SSR-187-54-1. For the front axle the correct Sumo Springs are the # SSF-173-40-2. If you were only going to do one at a time I would definitely start on the rear axle, since that's usually where sway begins and that will offer you immediate help in correcting sway.
