Does Looped Handle of GSI Outdoors Frying Pan # 37360212 Fold in Like Other Handle  

I can see in the video that the skillets handle folds in but there is also another extruding thing on the opposite side from the fold up handle. Does that thing also fold-up or is it stationary. In other words does the other thing I think it may be a handle/grip, does it continue to stick out and cant be folded in? Thanks..
