Is Install of Fan-Tastic Roof Done from Inside of RV or Outside

Question:

#1 - Can this upgrade kit be installed from inside the coach, without having to get up on the roof? #2 - If I replace both of my older Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vents with 7350 Series Upgrade Kits, is there some way to keep remote #1 from activating vent #2, and vice-versa, or will both vents be activated simultaneously from either remote?

The install of the Fan-Tastic Vent 7350 Series Upgrade Kit # FV807359 can be done from the inside of the RV. The remotes are the same frequency but the great thing is that they are very directional and the range is pretty limited. So if you pointed the remote at the one vent it's not going to activate the other as the signal wouldn't reach.
