Can you confirm that adapter #C57674 is compatible with the Echo brake controller on a 2019 Toyota Highlander? Thanks.

The Curt # C57674 would indeed be compatible, but I'd recommend using the # ETBC7L, which in addition to the adapter, also includes all the wire, hardware and the circuit breaker necessary to install the # C51180 Curt Echo on your 2019 Toyota Highlander.
