Troubleshooting a 3 Year Old iRV 34 In 5th Wheel Trailer

Question:

This unit came with my 5th wheel. I am NOT computer literate nor handy around electrical components. Heres the problem. When I am watching a DVD the screen goes blank and a message pops up that states something like this- no signalinch and to make sure that my sourceinch is correct. its always correct. To correct the problem I have to eject the dvd then re it. The dvd will continue playing again anywhere from 10 to 30 mins., then the no signalinch will come on again etc. etc. Any help? Thank you.

I haven't heard of this issue before. It sounds like the iRV 34 is having an issue that doesn't have to do with adjusting settings. It sounds like something is resetting and shutting down or there is a need to clean the lens. I'd start with cleaning the lens and see if that solves it using a cleaning disc. If it is something more than that it most likely needing replaced.

The iRV RV Stereo - Double DIN - HDMI, AUX, Bluetooth, App Control - 50W - 3 Zone - 12V # IRV64FR replaced both the 34 and the 33 so it is an upgrade from that older unit.
